Parent Communication

Communication between staff and families is extremely important and these are some of the ways in which the pre school communicates with the parents:

Information folder

Each child has a section in this folder (all information will be behind their name).  It is used for passing information onto parents in the form of newsletters, fundraising events, permission slips, fee notices and receipts and information about upcoming events at the pre-school.  

Day book

This is designed to give you an idea of what has happend during your child's day and is a starting point of conversation.  Photos and information regarding children's play and experiences will be provided.

Digital photo display

Photos are taken throughout the day to provide the parents with a snapshot of the children’s daily experiences.  These are displayed through the digital picture display each afternoon.
